“Good for a overnight stay”
It is a hotel near 101 Highway, very busy, far away from Florianópolis downtown and beaches, there is a Shopping Mall few miles to the south. The room is ok, however, it has an old tv set and few channels to choose.

“Good for overnight, but not for vacation”
Hotel is not new, but rooms are OK, clean, with A/C. They have pool (I haven't used, no time), but gym is very poor (crostrainer is broken, also running track). “Big highway noise but pleasant lodging”
We spent 8 days here as part of a conference in their meeting facility. Our room on the fourth floor had a nice view of the bay and island, although it looked over a very busy, noisy highway.
