“Very good option in Joinville”
The hotel is comfortable, the front desk people is quite efficient, rooms are clean and spacious. The only minimal drawback was the bathroon, which was tiny. Anyway, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel is located at the heart of the city, and one can reach any other attraction easily.

“Great stay”
Perfect location, very good breakfast. The rooms were clean and big sizes, with a very good shower! IF you're going to Joinville this it the place to stay, right next to restaurants and bars that you can walk to!

“Nice Hotel”
It is a very comfortable Hotel and the service was very friendly and helpful. The room was very conformable and the bathrooms was nice and clean. Very close to many venues for eating and drinking nearby.

“Very good but...”
Very good stay. Rooms are super clean, comfortable bed and restroom. Awesome breakfast. But... It took half a hour to do my check-in. That was made on line first of all. “Poor maintenance and management”
I had two stays in a sequence and faced issues on both. On the first, the room energy switch did not work with my card key because it was too thin or with a wrong color and they knew about it… on the second week, they gave me a room with no water on the sink.
