“Outstanding”
One of the nicest hotels I've seen in Brazil. A good location, nice rooms, extremely friendly staff, a nice bar and restaurant and excellent facilities. Only minor complaint was wifi struggled at times. Other than that, this place was great

“Pleasant stay amid friendly staff”
We have stayed in a lot of hotels around Brazil and this is one of the best. Excellent experience. This is hotel is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful, but everyone in Gramado is! The hotel is kept clean and the breakfast is very nice. “One single night, cozy, but noisy”
In many ways, Laghetto Premium resembled an Ibis. Very clean, well located, extremely kind staff, but no frills.
