“Good Hotel - Nice staff - Wonderful breakfast”
The staff received us very well. The rooms have a lot of space. The hotel has a nice location right between Gramado and Canela. I went on summer, so I was not expecting cold. The wall of my room was in some place crumbling, but nothing more than just ugly appearance. “Ok hotel”
The hotel was empty, and still they gave me a horrible tiny room. Poor heating for that winter night and hotel room was smelly.. Service was good, though. Good location, but since Gramado has many hotels with great locations and if you are picky, you may want to skip this one.
