“Great hotel”
Nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was ok, clean and had a shower which was great. I didn’t like the fact that i could hear everything from my neighbors…breakfast was excellent. “Good place to stay whilst visiting falls”
We stayed here for 2 nights as we visited Iguazu Falls on both Brazilian and Argentinian sides. Room was large, comfortable the only thing missing was a kettle so we could make our own tea. “Not the best”
W e stayed here for 2 nights while we visited the falls. It’s sold as a 4 star hotel but personally, compared to the other 4 star hotels on our trip , it didn’t match up. “Do not stay here!”
My reception was terrible. If you want a great service and agile team this is not the hotel that you should stay! I waited for my room for more than 2 hours. The rooms are ok but the attention to the customer is poor. Huge operational inefficiency!
