“Awesome resort!”

Beautiful resort! The staff is friendly and helpful. The nature trail, zoo and activities are enjoyable. The pool has a swim up bar. The buffet dinner was wonderful. They gave us a late check out which I thought was very nice, given there was a big convention starting that morning.

We've gone to the Falls about 15 times and in 13 of them we stayed here (and would've been 15/15 if it wasn't for circumstances out of our hands). I've known this hotel since I was 6 and now I'm 28 and I swear I had never had reasons to complain. Always flawless. Always an experience you could only speak positively of. But there's always a first time, I guess. Starting with the good parts, room was spacious (we booked contiguous rooms so it felt like a suite), the amenities were top notch, the remodelling of spaces (switching the pool bar for the kids space - that wasn't there before the pandemic) etc; bless the footsnooker area and wellness. Everyone had sth to do. However, I believe it's important to point out these somewhat minor issues in order to keep them minor and not letting them grow into major problems. 1. I don't know if the Italian restaurant is a third party renting the place but Trattoria de Carinola was miles ahead of Vezzoso. Not complaining about the service but the menu was different, pizzas were bigger and there was more variety overall+fresh charcruterie and cheese for starters. 2. And perhaps the 'worst': during a night in which I wanted to have ice cream, went to the bar and didn't get noticed after 10 mins when a seemingly grumpy (ok, he gets a pass for being a rough day perhaps) waiter handed me the menu and walked away before I could order (I didn't need to look, I knew what I wanted), then after another 10ish mins the cashier came herself to take our order and another half an hour later they were still yet to bring the ice cream! A *regular* ice cream it wasn't even artisanal banana split etc. Anyway, that kind of broke my heart a bit. 3 (this is getting long I know) this was perhaps on us but they didn't refill the Bourbon coffee with 20 mins to go of breakfast time which is a shame bc their coffee is GOD TIER. I wanted a second cup but had to use the espresso machine which I believe and as I tried it's NOT Bourbon coffee and if it is, the machine butchers it completely and it was so terrible I left the cup untouched. Love you, Bourbon. You're like fam. But I needed to type this out.

“Lovely experiance”

Good food. Very good customer service. The conferance facilites was good. As a busniess travler I did enjoy the facilities. The live jazz band on friday night was great, really enjoy it. More could be done however for other forms of entertainment. Staff was very helpfull and curtious

My stay at your beautiful property was very enjoyable. I found the staff very courteous and willing to offer solutions if I expressed a challenge. The taste and variety of the cuisine was exquisite and appreciated. I also really enjoyed the variety of activities that the property offered. As a nature lover, I was particularly pleased with the beauty of the grounds and enjoyed visiting the mini zoo on property. Its a kids friendly property with LOTS of activities right on property. With my own quirk I would recommend the hotel include having even one TV channel in English (CNN perhaps). Also include wash rags in the bathrooms. A BIG plus for visitors is the hotel's proximity to the famed Iguazu Falls, one of the 7 new wonders of the world (and I can see why) and the Three Borders Attraction of where Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay meet by the river. An added bonus if you like shopping, you can go across to Paraguay to shop... the prices are VERY reasonable. The hotel tour desk can arrange these and other tours for you. There is also a shopping mall in walking distance of the hotel. I loved my week-long stay... even though it was for work, I did have a little time to play. Overall my experience was very good and I would highly recommend it.
