The major item for excellent rating is the service. All staff is very kind and well prepared to make your stay very pleasant. We've stayed on january. The hotel is well located inside the forest in Mantiqueira Montain that explain all silence and well-being for the climate. “Very nice hotel”
I travel every week for work and usually stay in good and high star hotels. This one is at the top of the best hotels I have stayed in Brasil. The attendants are nice and friendly, the whole structure is very well taken care. Good choice.
