“Hotel staff who felt like family…”

My husband and I went on a trip to Brasilia, Brazil visiting our son and stayed at the Melia 21 Brasil hotel. We used the Executive Level very often and so, met Their incredible staff. Maria Luisa helped me w/a problem I ran into and Tais, Evie, Jefferson and Nascimento were all sooo pleasant and friendly and helpful….they felt like family. A definite “Go Back To” hotel!!!

“Pleasant stay for business trips and great staff”
Melia 21 is a great experience. The hotel has the main facilities that you would need for a pleasant stay. The staff is great, particularly Ronaldo at the reception who you can trust 100% with any issue. He is very professional and kind. I fully recommend the hotel.

“Nice Stay for Business”
Nice hotel with comfortable beds, convenient amenities, clean accommodations and great customer service! Perfect for a business trip. Staff of patient with English-speakers. Location is ideal in close proximity to shops, tourist attractions and feels safe.

“Alexandre”
We had an issue with our stay due to a concert happening by the TV tower. Alexandre (Mensageiro) was very kind and helpful during the room change process. Alexandre makes me smile on every encounter either him or Meila is lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Alexandre Guimaraes.
