“Fantastic hotel!”
Great hotel and experience. We were upgraded to the Presidential suite which was unbelievable. The hotel is spotless, air conditioning was the best we've had in Europe, and staff is incredible. We didn't eat in the restaurants but they looked busy. No street noise. Did not hear other guests ... more

“Excellent hotel in ghent centre”
I stayed 2 night at the pillows hotel for business. The hotel is located in the center of the town. It has very nice and comfortable rooms, well cleaned. Services are very well organized. Really recomended.

“Excellent hotel with valuable services & excellent location”
Hotel is very beautiful and very quiet. Room (Pillows Suite) was perfect with balcony (small but relaxing). Staff is very competent and helpful. Just a few steps from Gent Center. Breakfast was very good with variety. Restaurant "Olivier le petit bistrot" was very very good.

Overall, the hotel is adequate and in a central location. There wasn't anything spectacular about the stay, but the rooms were clean and shower was good.
