Excellent value and super location, extra friendly staff. Really enjoyed the roof top restaurant for breakfast. Charming views of the old city, magnified by the sunlight. Highly recommend it.

“Fabulous stay at the Ghent River Hotel”
We were a group of 9 staying at this hotel for two nights. The staff were very accommodating, we were cycling and were able to store our bikes in the basement. Comfortable, clean rooms with nice views over the canal. Great location, and a brilliant breakfast on the top floor.

“Great Experience - Staff Went Above the Call of Duty - a "6"”
Was having a great stay at the Ghent River Hotel and then our flight home was cancelled with lots of complications. That's when the super-accommodating staff went above the call of duty to take would have been a great "5" review, and turn into to a "6". Overall - it's a great location...rooms alo… more
Was having a great stay at the Ghent River Hotel and then our flight home was cancelled with lots of complications. That's when the super-accommodating staff went above the call of duty to take would have been a great "5" review, and turn into to a "6". Overall - it's a great location...rooms along the canal are really special...rooms themselves are super clean, comfortable and well organized...the lounge area and outdoor garden seating are great. The breakfast is fantastic. Once our flight was cancelled, the staff did a superb job in finding a way to accommodate us for another night during a very busy time. We would definitely return to the hotel and enthusiastically recommend it for you next stay in Ghent!

“Near Restaurants & Shops”
Excellent room with robes and comfortable bed and good service. located with shops & restaurants nearby. Front desk staff smart & efficient. Strong hair dryer. Delightful breakfast with 2 coffee/espresso machines. Good meeting room with pens, paper, water supplied.
