Couldn’t ask for more ! Breakfast was fabulous… room was perfect… staff so helpful From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly staff, quick check-in, and a warm welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from my balcony, perfect for morning coffee.

“Great little hotel”
The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the train station. It’s a nice little hotel. The room is clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Bathroom could be a bit bigger but probably not bad for European standard. There are many food options around.

“Gem of a Hotel”
This hotel was just great! We put in a note to hopefully get a much earlier check in as we flew over 13 hours from Singapore into Ghent reaching early morning and the hotel make arrangement just for us to get into our room once we reached! This hotel was just great! We put in a note to hopefully get a much earlier check in as we flew over 13 hours from Singapore into Ghent reaching early morning and the hotel make arrangement just for us to get into our room once we reached! Amazing. The room was spacious and had all the required amenities. Location just less than 5 minutes walk to the main train station, making it a convenient base location to explore Belgium which we did day trip into Brussels and Brugge. Staff was friendly all around and make good dinner recommendation on one rainy night which was delicious. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again if visiting Belgium

“Excellent base for sightseeing”
Excellent location to explore Gent and Belgium as a whole as 2 minutes walk from the train station and tram stops. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated and the rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds and coffee making facilities. Staff friendly. Could not fault and will be returning.
