We had a fantastic 2 night stay here - family of 4, two children 10 and 12. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The room was bigger than expected - bedroom with double bed and lounge area with 2 single beds set up, sofa, small table and kitchenette, which was great for us and for the price paid. Reception staff super helpful, Carpark safe and secure. Took about 25 min to walk into centre along pleasant route. Breakfast was perfectly fine and very welcome - coffee, juices, rolls, breads, cheeses, meats, fruit etc. We missed the croissants on both days, so need to get there early if you want croissants! Would definitely come back and highly recommend

“Wonderful Stay in Ghent!”

We were two couples who stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a 15-minute walk to the train station, making it easy to take day trips to Bruges, Antwerp, and other nearby cities if you want to explore beyond Ghent. It's also only a 25-minute walk to the center of Ghent. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. We were very satisfied with our stay in Ghent. The city has friendly people, great restaurants, and we stayed at a fantastic hotel. Highly recommended!

“Brilliant hotel”

We stayed at this hotel on the way to Germany and then again on the way back, we booked a table at the restaurant and wow the staff who served us she was just amazing, speaking English so clearly and was great with recommendations. The Ghent stew was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The receptionist also was so kind and caring, we have had so much support sometimes as English speaking we felt as if no one would understand what we were saying but wow all the staff absolutely amazing. A true credit to you guys! The hotel room was so spacious, there is English channels on the television, an oven, sink, coffee machine, towels, kitchen towels, a lovely living room open kitchen environment and wow the bed I felt as if I was sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was brilliant, with a bath/shower and plenty of towels supplied I cannot fault this hotel, what a lovely time we had Parking you need to book when booking the room, we made a mistake and didn’t realise you needed to do this when also booking the room so my partner emailed and this was sorted! In order to get to the parking you have to go through quite a tight passage so if you have a large vehicle this may not be possible, there is along roadside parking but we both preferred parking in a safe enclosed environment.

An excellent hotel in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from the cathedral in the old town of Ghent. Offers on-site parking (extra charge) Clean, spacious one bedroom apartment, modernly decorated, very comfortable, overlooking the courtyard, overlooking the city. Could accommodate a third person on the sofa. Large closet and lots of closets, very convenient really. Nice bathroom Offers a kitchen (fridge, electric hob, microwave) well equipped to cook a meal (although we didn't). Very good breakfast- good quality, nice variety. The hotel also has a restaurant (we did not try it). There are minor problems in the organization of services, but it did not bother us much. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped us to get permission for our car to enter the low emission zone. We enjoyed our four night stay and would definitely recommend it.
