LOCATION. The hotel is in a good position, not so far from the centre and the train station; furthermore, the underground is very close. The premises are modern and luxurious: the breakfast room is roomy and colored, bedrooms are quite quite small yet equipped with all you need, bathrooms are brand-new (or they look like that). Mark: 9/10. BREAKFAST. Is this heaven? Everything you can imagine is present: pastries, bread, fresh yogurt, cereals, American-breakfast food and so on. Honorary mention for the waffles, which you can make with an ad-hoc machine by yourself. Mark: 10/10. SERVICE. The above-mentioned waffle machine is genius. Moreover, you can challenge your friends and other guests on the tennis table you find in the basement: Marco Monty Montemagno, former Italian professional tennis table player, would be proud of you. Mark: 10/10. PRICE. You're in the capital of Belgium yet the cost of this hotel is honest. Mark: 8/10.

I was checking out a lot of hotels and we have decided to stay here for one night when we arrived in Brussels. I have been to many hotels and cities and this place is undoubtedly one of the best. The room was on the 7th floor with city view. Very modern and cute, clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, bathroom very spacious but all these are expected from a hotel this caliber. For me the staff was the factor what made me love this stay so much. Check-in/out was smooth, everyone there and at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and polite and made us feel very welcomed. This is unfortunately becoming quite rare, but this hotel is still one of the places which welcomes you with a warm heart. Definitely recommend!
