“Understated chain hotel in great location ”
Second time I've stayed there. Very understated chain hotel in my favorite Brussels neighborhood. Nothing fancy, no surprises, competent and friendly staff. Rooms slightly dated but well appointed. Nice little honor bar and seating area. Nespresso machines in-room are a nice touch.

“Exceptional Service!!”
we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, good location to the high street brands and local restaurants. Exceptional service by Pablo Conor and Ludovica, they all were welcoming and happy to help from our arrival to departure. Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job daily to service our room.

It's close to the Louise subway station and is convenient. We had a room or 3 people which was pretty spacious. The room overlooked the building opposite and didn't have much of a view.
