I only stayed one night but this was enough to appreciate this is such a great location. 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, its an ideal place to get a good night's rest, if like me you were having to endure a 15hr stopover between flights. Room was fairly basic but bed very comfortable, en suite shower worked, soap and shower gel provided and cafes plural in the square, made it easy to find breakfast. Staff very polite and friendly, 24 hr reception ideal for travellers. No lift, but you've not walked far to arrive, so stairs are manageable. I will definitely stay again.

If you’re on a budget and looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in the centre, this is a great option. We spent three nights here and found the room to be basic but exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and hairdryer worked very well. The location could not be better. It’s round the corner from the Grand Place and close to the meeting point for many day tours to Bruges and Ghent. The hotel is on a square where there are plenty of shops, food options and a market on some days. It felt like a very safe area to stay in. We were able to leave our luggage after check out and collect later in the day for our evening flight.

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the Central Station and the city center. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am and was promptly provided a room. The room had basic amenities that were good value for the money, especially given the location. While the bedside socket was a bit inconvenient, it was manageable. The building doesn't have an elevator, but this wasn't an issue for me. The street in front of the hotel is always lively with street performances, so it can get a bit noisy at times. Two aspects that made me a bit uncomfortable were the lack of an interior lock on the door and the requirement to leave the room key at reception every time I went out and collect it upon my return. Overall, though, the place is good and worth the money.
