Nicely renovated Hotel in a historic 1910 Art Nouveau building, former Hotel Palace. Very good location, steps from Metro Rogier, City 2 Mall and the pedestrian zone heading to Grote Markt. Everything new and clean, modern rooms and bathrooms, wooden floors, good ac, windows to open. Good breakfast with a wide variety of fresh fruits and nice sweets. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. “Great Hotel”

Just back from a weekend stay here and I have to say it was one of the best Hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is superb, with a Metro station right behind it. Just back from a weekend stay here and I have to say it was one of the best Hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is superb, with a Metro station right behind it. My top tip is get a cab, the tram/ bus/metro system is very confusing, Tram ticket is 7:50e average, cab is 20e from Brussels MIDI train station to Hotel, well worth it! We arrived early Friday morning not expecting our room to be ready but it was. Reception staff are just so helpful and pleasant. The room was a basic King and it was quite large, airy and spacious, with a Microwave and ice cold and sparkling water on tap beside it, outside on the corridor, every Hotel should have this..Great service! We ventured out to see Brussels, wanting to visit the Grand Place and Mannequin Pis, unfortunately we went the wrong way, went back towards the Metro station, saw massive crowds down a street across the way and decided to join them. This was the gateway to everything, we walked 8/10 km or more each day.. That night we came back to the Hotel to eat in the restaurant, and met the wonderful Aziz, who looked after us so well, he recommended trying the local Belgian Rose Wine which was delicious. He also recommended the homemade pasta to accompany it which was equally good! What an asset he is to the Hotel. The one complaint I have is that we used every towel after showers etc on Sat morning and the damp hand towels were rehung by the housekeeping assistant. That is not ok..ever.. But apart from that I highly recommend a visit here. Great location, lovely bright hotel, lovely staff like Aziz in the bar, and very pleasant reception staff.. Give Brussels a go…

“A nice hotel located conveniently near a train station, metro stop and shops. ”

Spent two nights here, it's a very busy hotel. Lots of business guests stay here and there was also a small conference. The staff are very nice and helpful. Spent two nights here, it's a very busy hotel. Lots of business guests stay here and there was also a small conference. The staff are very nice and helpful. On check in they ran out of cookies but gave us more cookies as we had to wait. The two nights weren't consecutive so we had two different rooms. The first room was great, very big and spacious, with a smaller bathroom on the 3rd floor, but on the second night we had a smaller room but bigger bathroom on the 2nd floor. Much preferred the first room. Rooms had empty bottles as there's a water refill station on every floor. It was nice to have but took a long time to fill up. We had a drink in the bar one evening, the hot drinks weren't available which was a shame and the drinks we did have were a bit expensive. We did get a bowl of snacks though, although we had to ask for it. One of my favourite things was the mini shop in the lobby, as well as a hot drinks machine and infused water too. The location is handy too, it's a short walk to Brussels Nord station and a 20 minute walk from the Central areas.

“Comfortable rooms and good location but invoice was a problem ”

The stay was quite pleasant. Comfy rooms. Good location, close to the old town and restaurants. Unlimited water to drink. Breakfasts were OK but the diversity of food was not too big. The stay was quite pleasant. Comfy rooms. Good location, close to the old town and restaurants. Unlimited water to drink. Breakfasts were OK but the diversity of food was not too big. On the downside however, you can hear planes, the view from many rooms is on a wall of the next side of the building and finally the preparation of invoices for a few people, when we provided the details twice before to give them time, was terrible. Twice they lost the details and we had to wait for the invoices by the desk on checkout when the taxi was waiting to drive us to an important business meeting.
