Stayed in a 1 Bedroom Apartment for 8 nights. Plenty of space for two people with the separate bedroom. As you walked in, the bathroom was to the right, powder room to the left, then the bedroom was straight ahead to the right, living/kitchen straight ahead to the left. We didn't utilise the sofa bed but set up as a couch, it was quite comfortable. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed, including a full sized fridge. Very comfortable bed and pillows so sleep was no issues, especially when the windows were closed as they had excellent soundproofing. Being from Australia, we felt the room was quite stuffy as the heating was either on or off, no in between. The windows did open but not to fresh air, they opened out into an enclosed mall. This also made it quite noisy most of the time as the sound travelled throughout the whole mall. The real downside to opening up into the mall was that we couldn't really see or feel what the weather was like, without completely leaving the hotel. The hotel itself was in the perfect location, being within walking distance of the metro, Brussels Central train station, and Grand Place. The area felt safe no matter what time of day, so I had no issues walking around by myself. Across the street was a mini Carrefour that had a heap of grab-and-go food options and basic groceries. Only a 4min walk to a full sized supermarket if you needed more than that.

“The best apartment we have ever booked in all of our trips.”

Centrally located at the lively Anspachlaan Boulevard just beside the De Brockere Metro, and 5 minutes of walk to the Grand Place. The apartment is huge with a room for Queen-sized bed, a living room for 2 single sofa beds, a dining room with a work desk and a dining table for 4-6 pax, a well stocked kitchen, and a huge balcony that contains 2 tables of 2 seats each and lots of space to move about. The apartment is new and clean. There is a fitness room at each of Levels 2 and 7. It's a small gym with 2 machines. Reception staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling. Freeflow water dispenser with flat or carbonated water. We love staying in our apartment so much that we skipped some places of interest that we initially planned for, just to stay in the apartment. We also stayed there till almost 11am just before we checked out. We usually would have checked out at 8am+ so we could do visit more places before we leave the city.

I visited this hotel in February 2025. First, I will discuss the quality of the hotel itself. The rooms were very large, clean, and had lots of storage. There is a kitchenette for those who like to cook on vacation. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet even though it was on a busy street. For those who nitpick, my only two concerns about the room itself were that the shower drain backed up on the last day and that the lights above the beds did not work as they should. These are minor problems for me and did not affect my rating. The hotel is located close to trains, restaurants, bars, and the Main Square (Grand Place) with all of the tourist shops you could ever need. The only problem with the location was that the subway station next door attracted a large population of mentally ill and homeless people. If I were a female traveling alone I would not have felt safe as many of the homeless men here bothered solo females without police intervention. I must point out that this problem stopped at the door. Nobody other than hotel guests entered the hotel. If you could eliminate this problem I would rate the hotel higher. Based on the quality of the room and the proximity to nightlife/tourist attractions, I would stay here again. I wish the police had a larger presence here to make things feel safer.

Loved being given a small jar of honey as a welcome gift. Well stocked kitchen it even had a salad spinner! Room compact but well designed. Windows that open for ventilation so you don't have to use aircon. All the staff on reception were professional and helpful. A local construction project makes some sides of this Adagio hotel very noisy even for a city centre so we were very fortunate to have a room on the quietest side of the hotel overlooking a shopping arcade which want very quiet indeed by about 7-8pm.
