“Comfortable stay”

Nice Roms, clean, comfortable bed, Not noisy although close to motorway, free parking close by, breakfast delicous with many options with fresh fruits, bread, cake, egg, cheese and juices (it was a bit crowded on a Sunday but the Room is enough, only the bufffet was a bottle neck)

Absolutely amazing experience!!!! The hospitality of the staff from the concierge to Anna’s bistro and bar was second to none. At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel given that it was a 15mins trip from the centre. Nonetheless, it was made easy and possible by easy access to bus and tram in the hotel proximity. When I checked in, I’ve met Rico who helped me sort out my room and to top it all off, upgraded me given that I am an IHG member. After checked in, i settled down and checked what this hotel offers, I started to check the hotel amenities cuz people and guests were raving about it in the reviews… and oh boy, they were right. This hotel has amenities that you’d see in a five star hotel. VALUE FOR MONEY, I felt that trully! I was in the sauna and steam room for 1/2 hour and another 1/2 hour in their infinity pool, no additional charges, absolutely amazing given that they have ample of towels for guests readily available. After detoxing and chilling, I got hungry. So I tried their Anna’s bistro and bar, the kitchen closed pretty early which is understandable. But, Cathy from the Bar helped me book an Uber Eats so I wont get hungry. As a guest, I felt so valued, she was assisted by Ylvia. I’ve never felt so welcome away from home. Cathy and Ylvia, they were amazing. And because of that, I ordered beer and started drinking while waiting for my food. Because I was alone and the staff were leaving - as a chatty person, I was introduced to another staff, Santino, he was so welcoming and helped me count how much beer I drunk. I’ve been traveling Europe since Sept 12 and have stayed in 8 hotels already, but the service and hospitality of Cathy, Santino, Ylvia, Rico, and Nico were the best. They made the Crowne Plaza Hotel Antwerp, A fantastic hotel! A home away from home! I will recommend your hotel to my friends and followers. To the staff, you guys are absolute legends! I had fun. The People really make the hotel experience unforgettable. Keep it up!

Amazing stay! We arrived early and our room was ready for us. Was offered late check out due to IHG status. Amazing stay! We arrived early and our room was ready for us. Was offered late check out due to IHG status. Room is fine, although a bit dated, appreciated the free wi fi, the coffee machine and the variety at breakfast! Also, the pool was great, you can use it until 11pm (great plus), secured parking at a fee (or use the free parking on the street). A hidden gem is the water fountain that can be found next to the elevators, you might think is tap water but no, its quality was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Antwerp for the darts at the Expo. The hotel is perfectly located if visiting the Expo, 5/10 minutes walk. Supermarket, a couple of restaurants and a car garage within walking distance but not much else. There is a bus stop directly outside (number 17) which takes you into the city centre for around £2. 10/15 minutes on the bus. Staff were very polite when checking in, all very friendly. Lemonade and sweets in reception too which is free and a nice touch. I didn't have breakfast when there but if you decide to have it on the day it will cost you around £25 which too me is a little excessive. Unfortunately the swimming pool was rather cold, definetly didn't feel heated! The pool area is nice looking however 10 minutes was enough. Rooms were nice, I stayed in a twin room which had a bath and shower, rooms are a reasonable size and clean. No complaints there for the price you pay. Overall the hotel was good, I'd reccomened staying here if you are going to the Expo.
