“Business hotel”

OK budget business hotel in Bahrain. Nice and silent place. Breakfast is OK. Placed fairly close to business district so easily reachable by cab. Rooms are very standard; nothing out of the ordinary. But everything is in order.

Pretty basic business hotel, had the misfortune to stay here for 9 months, before i moved to another elite hotel, which was the resort and spa, which was much nicer. Pretty basic and clean but not great for long term stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a period of 3 months when working in Bahrain and found Elite Suites modern, well equipped (room wise) and centrally positioned between Manama and Seef Districts. Its advisable based on the location to have some level of transportation to scoot around the Island as Taxi's are quite expensive in Bahrain and at times difficult to come by, so its probably best to hire a car straight away. I stayed in a Gold Suite (luckily, I had the corner one) which gave me great views overlooking the Seef area. The room features huge windows to facilitate this even lying in bed. Air-conditioning is adequate but depending on the time of day, one may be constrained to draw the curtains to improve it. It is also a relative walking distance to the Dana Mall and Seef Malls (provided the climate permits - as it can get very hot and muggy). Hence, its great to stock up on your shopping and hang out at the cinemas in both the Malls if one has nothing else to do. The Suite itself is a largish room with a sitting area and sleeping area with a king size bed adequate for a single or double occupancy. Additionally, it has an adequate work desk space with sufficient drawers to store ones files etc., a fully functional small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and crockery. Furthermore, the room features a lavish bathroom with shower and bathtub. I found that the closet spaces are quite liberal and there are several other storage bin quite cleverly positioned around the room. Please be advised that the hotel can get crowded over the weekends (Thursdays & Fridays) as there is an onslaught of guests/families from Saudi Arabia. Which is fine for me, however, the children do get noisy at times and the rooms are not sound proofed. The hotel boasts very limited food & beverage options (there is only one outlet), so one is well advised to get the groceries sorted out first to get the meals aspect sorted unless one likes to eat out. A business center with internet capabilities is available at additional cost. The Front Desk offer limited capabilities but then the hotel is not designed to be fully serviced. It has a more residential feel to it. There is a pool at the rooftop with some deck chairs and views to the city. Overall, the hotel serves as a good residential option for people doing projects over a short period of time and want to be away from the main stream hotels in the city. But, if you are looking for 5 star deluxe this is not your cup of tea.

“Not bad hotel”

The service of the hotel is excellent , the staff are so kind and polite, the room size and room facilities are very good, breakfast is just ok, however the location is very quite and far from city center. I recommend this hotel for who have car only in Bahrain.
