“Wonderful place to stay”

I stayed at the Saliterhof for a business trip in June. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are very nice. The hotel has great view of the mountains. I stayed at the Saliterhof for a business trip in June. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are very nice. The hotel has great view of the mountains. The restaurant is excellent; I think I ate there everyday. The wifi is good. I will definitely stay here again.

“Hotel Saliter Hoff is a very nice stay”

Stayed Hotel Saliter Hof for one night on route to Saalbach for a skiing holiday. The Hotels proximity to our destination was why we picked the hotel. Stayed Hotel Saliter Hof for one night on route to Saalbach for a skiing holiday. The Hotels proximity to our destination was why we picked the hotel. You can get up in the morning and have a great breakfast get in your car and be on the hill at 9:00am having a full day of skiing. The Hotel is very nice and true to its four star rating. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the food top notch, and a wonderful bed provided for a much needed good sleep after a long drive. I would recommend this hotel to anybody - Enjoy...

GOOD: * Single room was quite spacious and very comfortable * Well-equipped fitness room * Breakfast - excellent range and quality of cereals, Fruit Juices, breads, jams, meats, coffee etc. * Evening Meal - I had half-board option: very satisfied with menu choices (Im a meat-eater, so can't say how a Vegetarian/Vegan would find it); the standard of cooking and food presentation was very high! * Good walking routes from the Hotel - free map of the area available in the Hotel was detailed enough * Hotel also situated within walking distance of the train station (c.2km - about 15 minutes at a good pace) NOT SO GOOD: * I had booked one of the Hotel's packages which include some Cross-country skiing tuition. So I thought this would be organised for me, but it wasn't and I had to arrange it myself. Hence 4 stars instead of 5!

We just had lunch here, so no experience in the hotel. We had the choice between the terrace and sitting inside. The terrace, however, is next to a busy road, so that didn't appeal to us. We just had lunch here, so no experience in the hotel. We had the choice between the terrace and sitting inside. The terrace, however, is next to a busy road, so that didn't appeal to us. The service was friendly and adequate. I had the pike-perch filet with parsley potatoes. The fish was very well cooked, with a delicious sauce. Good potatoes and nicely grilled vegetables. My husband had the grilled fish dish (with scampi, grilled white fish, calamari), everything cooked to perfection. All in all, a very nice meal. The hotel, from what I saw, seemed nice, although one point of criticism: some parts of breakfast were still standing in the buffet area, uncovered (fruit, yogurt). Not a nice thought, with the flies buzzing around, when you're eating this some 20 hours later.. Other than that, would recommend this hotel for food.
