“Wonderful.”
Excellent staff across all aspects of the hotel. Mike Thomas Manager was exceptional. Food was superb. Everybody was very accommodating, helpful and nothing ever presented a problem. Hotel facilities was fantastic. We look forward to returning!

Everything was simply done very very well. All the staff were professional yet friendly and couldn’t do enough. The room was clean and modern. “Return visit to top quality family run hotel and Spa ....wonderful”
Myself and my son(19) were fortunate enough to revist Alpinresort this year. I had been visited earlier in the year with my two daughters (10 & 16) with Cristal ski . I would highly recommend this hotel for skiing families and non skiers. We went to ski but the really enjoyed the option of relaxing… more

“A place to stay in Saalbach”
We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas and the New Year. Everything was perfect, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, caring waiter and excellent cuisine. Good selection of wines.
