Hotel conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the railway station, and similar to the Old Town and Christmas Markets. If you want to go further, there are tram stops on the hotel's doorstep. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I was quickly checked into my room which had everything needed and a great view towards the mountains and the ski jump. There is plenty of hanging and drawer space in the room, a safe for laptop, etc, comfy bed and a good sized bathroom with a great "walk in" shower. There are plenty of options to eat within a few minutes stroll of the hotel, and the restaurant is to be recommended - great staff, food and drink and for a hotel, the price is reasonable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and well worth the money. Many cold and hot meat and non-meat options and a good selection of fruit, cereals, etc. Definitely be back next time I'm in Innsbruck.

This hotel offers a great location, and good staff…and a great breakfast. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the central old city, and 6 minutes to the train/bus station. The morning breakfast, which was included in our rate, was very good…but the hostess was superbly kind and gracious, making it even better. There was one inefficient, cold person at initial check-in, but I never saw her again, and nothing but the kindest of folks took over. Anna is one whose charm, kindness and willingness to help made the whole experience better! She is tops! There is a tall thin, young man whose name I never grabbed, but who was always eager to say, “is there anything we could do better?” He is also outstanding! The only drawback is the overpowering perfumes used in the entry/reception…I am allergic, and it is overpowering. So much so that my non-allergic husband took toward sneezing, too. Thank goodness, they recognized my allergies and I got a non-allergic room. The beds were very comfortable, the room was of good size, and kept very clean. My thanks to all those kind staffers who made our trip so special,

“High floors have great views”

Big rooms - amazing corner room view - if you can pay a bit extra to get it - do it! It’s not in the old town but it’s a very close walk so location is very good Price is great even when I went on Christmas market busy season Didn’t use any amenities or east food so can’t comment

You can appreciate the location of AC Hotel by Marriott in Innsbruck because of its proximity to the old town. Just a five minutes walk. To get there, just walk out the front door onto Salurner Strasse, and turn left. Then turn right on Maria-Theresien-Strasse at the Triumphal Arch and you will be in old town. We had a comfortable stay with all the expected Marriott amenities from this western style hotel. Good breakfast. If you take the elevator to the top floor and head outside, you can see the Innsbruck Olympic Ski Jump that is just 2 miles away. The jump tower is lite up at night too. The Innsbruck Casino is just next door, their entrance maybe 20-30 feet away from the hotel’s front door.
