“Service above expectations”
In spite that we began our story with a mistake in the room assigned - we were hosted in a room superior to the one we had booked - we could stay in that room one night, and the day after they helped us with moving to another room, so we didn't have to move our stuff at all. the next day they helpe… more

“Beautiful hotel it a nice part of town”
Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel. It’s close to public transit yet not in a busy part of town. The breakfast was also fantastic. There are coffee shops and nice restaurants only a block away or the entire city to explore with public transit stops available right around the corner.

“Excellent Hotel - would happily return”
The hotel is located in a quiet part of Vienna about half an hour’s comfortable walk to the busier sections of the city. The rooms were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. “Perfect stay”
Fantastic hotel and very reasonably priced. Only one slight fault. Going down to breakfast after 9.30 sees the buffet get depleted, when it should be replenished. Only a minor fault and everything else was perfect. We would not hesitate to this hotel.
