This hotel has some of the best staff in Europe. I have travelled extensively in the last 6 months. Infact i believe this hotel has the warmest and most friendliest staff. The breakfast absolutely the most freshest and the service outstanding. The location superb. A 5 minute walk to the heart of the city, bang opposite cafe central. Thanks to the Radisson Blu Style Team. I will definitely return.

“Good hotel, great location”
Great location, in centre of Vienna. I stayed in a twin room with my sister for 3 nights. Visited the nearby Christmas markets which were a real treat. Great location, in centre of Vienna. I stayed in a twin room with my sister for 3 nights. Visited the nearby Christmas markets which were a real treat. The Spanish Riding School was just a few minutes walk away, experienced an interesting morning there. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, and we could watch the ever expanding queue for Cafe Central from the breakfast room. There was a mix up with payment when we arrived but this was sorted out pretty quickly and without fuss. All in all, a very comfortable and convenient stay, and we would cheerfully return

The hotel is in need of renovation as it’s tired but nice and clean, however the staff make up for it - Chris at reception was excellent from check-in to check-out. Needs more mod cons like USB sockets and has had a semi update but it’s time for a full renovation - public areas are lovely but rooms… more
The hotel is in need of renovation as it’s tired but nice and clean, however the staff make up for it - Chris at reception was excellent from check-in to check-out. Needs more mod cons like USB sockets and has had a semi update but it’s time for a full renovation - public areas are lovely but rooms are freshly painted but tired and the secondary window glazing leaves much to be desired. Also - €50 for breakfast is not on and it’s €75 if you don’t pre-pay so we went elsewhere.

“A fresh hotel in central Vienna.”
A cozy hotel in central Vienna, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. The room cleaning was good. The only downside was the gym—I missed free weights or at least some machines for strength training. The gyms at Radisson Blu are usually much better.
