On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Enjoyable Stay”
The hotel location in great place near to city center which you can reach either by walking or by using the tram, Hotel room was good, and staff were very friendly especially Ms. Nabila and the front desk staff. Food was good with a wide variety.

“A nice hotel for a long weekend of turism”
The hotel is near the Train Central Station (Hbf) and is usefull to reach the centre if you like walk or is easy to take the tram (line 72); better if you can take the old tram, in my opinion. Room are spaciuos and with a nice living room.

“Very Cozy and Great Location.”
This lovely little hotel makes-up for the small rooms (and lifts!) with very friendly staff, excellent service and a delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and excellent coffee. “Clean Hotel ”
On our trip to Vienna we stayed at this hotel. Very clean, nice staff, quiet. A little bit far away from the subway, one supermarket in the backstreet, few restaurants around. It has a safe in the room.
