“Excellent experience”

The hotel is good with a good house keeping , fresh towels and Matress. But i feel the cost of the Break fast is very high. The hotel is good with a good house keeping , fresh towels and Matress. But i feel the cost of the Break fast is very high. The location is exceptional and quite near to Tram Station(s) and WestBahnoff. They even stored my luggage for the whole day, while i had a train in the late evening. I suggest to stay in this hotel.

“BY WHEELCHAIR”

Room (311) for disabled people. A double room with a not too high bed (a huge advantage for us). Room (311) for disabled people. A double room with a not too high bed (a huge advantage for us). The room is simply equipped, without a fridge (although it was listed in the equipment in the booking confirmation data), without a kettle, with two bottles of water (on arrival). Bathroom with a threshold-free shower, with a seat fixed to the wall. Low-slung toilet with handles. The washbasin is quite high suspended. The mirror is hung high. Due to the size, the bathroom and room are more suitable for people with limited mobility (not for people in a wheelchair). The room is located next to the elevator, which is a plus and a minus (loud conversations of hotel guests) You can have breakfast at the hotel. Vegetarians and vegans will also find something for themselves. In the lobby of the hotel you can fill your bottles with water (during the day). A great advantage of the hotel is the reservation team. If you want to book a room for people with disabilities, please contact him. The room cleaning team did not work well. Maybe these were temporary problems. There is a parking with space for a disabled person near the hotel. Parking separately paid. A metro station and a train station are close to the hotel. Would we choose this hotel again? Yes, due to the reservation team and because of the low bed and bathroom.

We were woken at about 0530 on the first morning of our trip by two staff talking very loudly, laughing in the courtyard by our window. As we were on the third floor, it was very loud and disruptive. When the air conditioning worked, it verged on being loud to ridiculously loud. There was zero customer service from staff at the desk. They never said any form of greeting at all, on any day, in any language. Not one single hello, good morning, or even a smile. Never. We were locked out of our room on the last morning before the check out time, and when asked to get access, she updated the key but made it like she was doing us a favour. And of course there was no apology. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as there’s a great supermarket opposite (Billa) and on the corner (Spar). Was t even asked by the hotel if we were interested. Location not too bad as trains and busses very close. It is on the outskirts of city centre but we had no problems travelling around. Bathroom was modern and clean, very nice. Overall, the room and service did not represent a four-star hotel at all. I did reach out to hotel but zero response.
