“The best location for city sightseeing. Great and luxourious hotel which offers you relax in the centre.”
We spent one night at Hilton Vienna Plaza and it was amazing. Spacious room, great view as you can partly see the Rathaus if you face the front side. Even the street is busy, it was quiet in the room. We used also fitness and sauna and had a relaxing time there. 2 saunas for your better comfort. We… more
We spent one night at Hilton Vienna Plaza and it was amazing. Spacious room, great view as you can partly see the Rathaus if you face the front side. Even the street is busy, it was quiet in the room. We used also fitness and sauna and had a relaxing time there. 2 saunas for your better comfort. We also used Lobby Bar and it's great they have a kid's menu, valid even during late time. Breakfast were delicious, fresh. You can start your day with Mimosa 🙂 And I would almost forget to mention the best location we could have! We went for ice-skating in front of Rathaus. It's few mins.from the hotel or one tram station further.

That quote is from my wife, and i agree. Everything about the hotel was more than just right, it was excellent. I will put the staff at the top the list of what was right. Everyone welcoming, looking forward to the day or asking how it had been. The breakfast was a buffet, loads of choice and well worth the money if you are paying for it as an extra. Amongst the best breakfast for choice and quality i have seen outside of Singapore. So a thank you to the chefs especially for the egg Benedict. An excellent gym on site. But it is only 500m from the canal cycle path/ promenade should you want a clear run outdoors. There is a direct bus -VAL2- every 30 min from the airport to close by - a 20 min walk- away so ideal if travelling light. I think it was €11 each and you could pay by card on board . Take advantage of the all day local travel tickets €8 with two of the most popular tram/bus routes for tourists just outside the front door. Buy you ticket using the App is strongly recommended! On our first day we struggled to find a machine - that said kiosks sold them but you had to pay in cash. The bar even stocked Drambuie. What more can you ask for. Directions are s

The location on the Ring is excellent, except for the 40 euro parking fee per day. It is assumed that if we are guests it should be a courtesy, especially if we are staying for so many days. The location on the Ring is excellent, except for the 40 euro parking fee per day. It is assumed that if we are guests it should be a courtesy, especially if we are staying for so many days. The other thing: we were served by a hostess who does NOT speak German. How is this possible in Vienna? We naturally switched to English, but shouldn't a hotel in Vienna give priority to its official language? Plus: The breakfast is the highlight.

“Beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast. If travel with children, make sure you know the ‘eat free’ policy”
We booked Plaza because Hilton is long time our favorite. You can’t fault the hotel but I was disappointed that I had to prove to receptionist their policy regarding children eat free. It was clearly stated on the site yet they tried to convince me rules have changed. The info on the app apparently… more
We booked Plaza because Hilton is long time our favorite. You can’t fault the hotel but I was disappointed that I had to prove to receptionist their policy regarding children eat free. It was clearly stated on the site yet they tried to convince me rules have changed. The info on the app apparently doesn’t co-ordinate with on site. They did remove the fee after all, but it still made me feel uncomfortable having to negotiate upon my check in. On the bright side, would like to thank our server Catherine. She was very welcoming and melted our hearts with her smile.

Everything Location great not in the busy city centre and not too far away. Cleanliness Could have had better drinks selection at bar Room size👍 “ king plaza room” All the staff are helpful, but Camila was the best one! from the reception supervisor, i hope she gets promoted
