On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

We stayed at this hotel on March 12, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to a young man with glasses and a red shirt—he was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

“Great hotel”
Great hotel with trolley right outside that we used to get around. 5 stops to old Vienna. Price of room went down two days before trip, I emailed knowing too late to change, but got upgraded to a suite. Breakfast good. Only downside was wifi but twice a day went to lobby, problem solved

Managers Florin and Ines went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, ensuring every detail was perfect. The entire crew, including Maia, Ariadna, and Álex, were amazing and professional, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal, with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the train station within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. This hotel was better than we had expected. It was clean, basically but adequately furnished with thoughtful toiletry items provided (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shoe cleaner). Staff were friendly and helpful. Tram 44 stops just outside the hotel and this takes you to a main tram interchange which is just a ten fifteen/minute walk from main attractions such as Parliament, Hofburg, Rathaus etc. area. Cafe Central and cafe Lendtmann are also near this tram stop. The Subway is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. There are supermarkets, shops and bars in the area around the hotel but it’s not an area of particular interest or beauty! Good value for money.
