“Great experience”
Beautiful old world charm, and very modern additions and amenities. The hotel was beautiful, the staff is very responsive and the rooms are exceedingly comfortable. The response time for any request was quicker than I could’ve expected or imagined. Would definitely come back.

“Nice hotel, poor housekeeping staff”
Wonderful luxury hotel, upgraded to a new suite with Amex BUT, incompetent and poorly trained housekeeping staff. Did not finish cleaning the room one day, and "forgot" another day, and then they cleaned while we sat in the lobby, but removed the bathrobes. So-so gym, broken showers, and again... more
