“Comfort of home”
Couldn’t find one negative to say. Great location on a quiet street and yet just about 209 meters from woollies, restaurants, bars and cafes. Extremely well Located. Our Travel Agent gave us 3 options and we chose Grosvenor Apartments and have found we picked very good accommodation. Only a few steps to go to our apartment which is very well appointed and very well maintained. Very clean, very quiet area, but close to shops only 7 min walk to Sandy Bay road. ... more

“A great place to stay.”
Four of us stayed for 4 nights. The apartment was roomy, fairly central to Hobart and a very nice place to relax. It was a few minutes down a hill to the main drag in South Hobart with plenty of eateries and pubs. I would recommend it to anyone.
