“Appreciated the room upgrade”
I had stayed here twice before and recalled getting a little bit of road noise so asked with this booking if I could get a quieter room if possible. They kindly gave me an upgrade to I think 1 of the trio rooms which was totally silent, so I very much appreciate that. Location is great being handy … more

“Great hotel”
Couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel is near a tram station so transport is super easy & the location is great. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We even got a free upgrade which we were very happy about. Would definitely return:)!

“Anniversary trip”
The staff is always exceptional...always! Our room was upgraded so larger than we expected which was nice, but the 2nd evening & 3rd day of our trip the elevator was broken & moving luggage required assistance from the staff. They were great, but an elevator that worked would have been nicer. Also … more
