To be honest, the hotel charge very fair price and location is in city CBD, next to Tram and Train lines. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom is a little small but not having luxury for staying bathroom whole time so it does not mind at all. Being close to majority of amenities, I had a very nice experience there. Will come back again one day..

“Victorian Gothic revival”
Central location to Darling Harbour and China Town, staff are always very helpful and I love the new light rail right outside of The Capitol Theatre that takes you straight to QVB, WESTFIELDS & CIRCULAR QUAY. Great spots to check out if your interested in art culture, food and shopping.

“The Best Reception in Sydney”
Our room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick overnight stay Michael, the gentleman at reception had the best manner in Sydney. Friendly, polite, helpful and chatty. Great ambassador. Will definitely be returning

“Great location!”
Staff were friendly and helpful, room was perfect for our visit, albeit a little dated. Will definitely be back. Location is ideal for China Town, Paddy's markets and surrounded by great cafe's, restaurants and right next to the light rail stop.

Oh boy this place has some poor reviews. Turned up and wasn’t overly impressed but hey it was somewhere to sleep and we were in town to see Sydney. My room 301 was clean as I’d read the reviews two days before I arrived and was expecting the worse but couldn’t see a problem . After a day sightseeing and a flight I needed an early night and then from nowhere BOOM BOOM shake the room , being mid 50s I’m not yet dead so let it go and after hours of no sleep finally gave up and drifted off into the land of nod. Next day same thing and this time I was climbing the walls and in the early hours I got the lad from reception to come into the room and see if he thought it was acceptable which it clearly wasn’t and said I wanted to move or I was checking out . At this point I was gonna punch something as I was beyond raving. The staff must take a lot of grief over this and it’s not fair that the owners rent out rooms that are clearly not sufficiently sound proof or the hotel should charge the night club for the rooms they can’t rent because of them. Next morning we moved to room 307 , it was clean , tidy , didn’t hear a bean that night but did get up and walk down the corridor and stood outside of my old room and yes sure as eggs is eggs BOOM BOOM , poor souls whoever was in there, still I had a great two further days and Ken on reception was a diamond with check out and arranging taxi to the airport . So give it a wizz but insist no room next to the karaoke unless you fancy going next door with all the kids singing s club 7 until 5 in the morning . Great base for staying though and nice food area on second floor .
