“High Tea High 5.”
Sunday’s High Tea was amazing. The Christmas tree in the foyer set the tone for our dining experience. We were escorted up to the 7 floor and was greeted by a smiling , welcoming waiter. Sunday’s High Tea was amazing. The Christmas tree in the foyer set the tone for our dining experience. We were escorted up to the 7 floor and was greeted by a smiling , welcoming waiter. My friend and I were shocked that only one table was set and that we were informed that the room was just for us WOW. The table setting was pretty and the food was presented in a lovely way. Our waiter was friendly and helpful can kept the bubbles flowing. My friend and I have a wonderful time and I would definitely go back again and recommend the High Tea. Two and a half hours flies and for the two of us so much food. Thank you for making our catch up so memorable.

“Great hotel+ location (note Parramatta Lanes festival)”

“Not the best if you have a certain level of Care”
If you pay attention to detail and have a busy schedule this hotel is not for you. The Duty management at night was very aggressive and not welcoming made a guest feel very uncomfortable. If you pay attention to detail and have a busy schedule this hotel is not for you. The Duty management at night was very aggressive and not welcoming made a guest feel very uncomfortable. The staff are forgetful. The food was very abandoned leaving out items and not displaying nicely . It just looks as though they are actually not caring serving guests . Lazy . The food quality was nice but the little things like how you present to a guest they lacked . It made you feel not very loved or welcomed and having to ask as a guest is not exactly nice experience and having to go down to reception and pay in a robe is not a smart procedure for guests . Inconvenient also how the bond is taken every time you extend I’ve paid over $600 in bond which is un heard of in any type of hotel stay . I have a long experience in staying in hotels and this one would have to be the top worse . Over priced room and renovations drilling . I had to ask for a glass with ice and lemon at the reception after it had Been requested The sparking bottle arrived as photo shown and then when the glass sent up it was as shown . ( no napkin or tray ) Seeds in a lemon is a sign of poor hospitality
