“Excellent value in the heart of Woolloomooloo.”

We stayed three nights. The hotel is well located just around the corner from Finger Wharf Woolloomooloo. Excellent value with included breakfast and guest lounge areas. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great staff. It’s an older property that has been well maintained.

Charming boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood only a 15 min walk to major attractions. The continental breakfast was very good, in-room coffee options could have been better quality. Enjoyed our small private balcony and very comfortable bed!

We stayed for 13 nights. The hotel is just around the corner from Finger Wharf Woolloomooloo, and a short walk, 15 minutes, to the heart of Sydney. A bit of a longer walk to the Circular Quay. Hotel is a bit dated. but AC worked fine, bed comfortable. and all around clean and good service. The nightly rate was reasonable and cheaper than other places in the area. We also liked its placement a bit aways from the main street, so it was pretty quiet area. We found the 311 bus to be a great bus route to get to places. The breakfast was ok the first few mornings, but after that was a bit tiresome. Overall - good stay

Stayed here for three nights in February. Have real mixed feelings about the hotel. The Good The hotel was good value for money. Rooms were cleaned daily and there was a free breakfast every morning — the breakfast was basic but did the job. The hotel was reasonably close to everything … could get around with a 30-45 minute walk pretty much anywhere. The Bad The hotel is very dated. We found a cockroach in the room. The area was not nice … every night Is aw at least one large rat outside, I think because there is a house a couple of doors down with a large amount of refuge outside, but not nice. During the time I was there and walking back with c200 yards of the hotel I was approached by a male prostitute and the following night by someone asking for drugs. Did not feel unsafe as such but it was not indicative of a high standard area. If price is key then you may feel comfortable staying here, but when I return I will be paying a little more for a more modern hotel in a nicer location.
