“Great Value”
Seamless check in with very attentive staff. Fantastic value including our accommodation and parking whilst overseas. Extremely comfortable bed and a lovely clean room. We couldn’t have asked for more. Even had dinner delivered to our room.

“A Good Standard Airport Hotel.”
The holiday Inn Airport is a good standard hotel close to the airport but I heard no aircraft noise. It is close to Mascot station and for $12 m, a bus leaves for the airport every 1/2 hour. The holiday Inn Airport is a good standard hotel close to the airport but I heard no aircraft noise. It is close to Mascot station and for $12 m, a bus leaves for the airport every 1/2 hour. The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed and choice of hard or soft pillows. The buffet breakfast had lots of selection with a special egg station. The room and bathroom was m clean. The staff were friendly and I had a bar meal of fish and chips. The chips were great. I will stay there again if I need a moderately priced airport hotel. The corridors and outside paint door was a bit run down. As the lift gets repair I suggest some new carpet and a lick of paint for the doors. Although down a lift down I never had to wait a long time for the lift. The lifts are being upgraded.

Practical-oriented. Room is clean, cozy. Buffet Breakfast food is quite delicious but served coffee is so-so. During check-out, I had a enquiry of a merchant service fee as I will submit a claim to my company. The Hotel Manager, Ben just told me this fee is incurred by credit card payment without elaborate further. I asked for any source but he showed offensive and impolite to me. Finally, I talked to Duty Manager, Mohammed, he is considerable and express an apology since he understands travelers may not know where this fee is coming from. The reason is we have a concept which local government tax and service tax at fixed % are added on room charge. AU is an exception. Hope you could review and no one wants to encounter such experiences in the future. As a guest, I am so disappointed how a Manager stays firm and repeatedly answer the same to guests . Another issue, I took a hotel shuttle to airport on 19 Aug evening but the driver dropped me in a bridge towards departure halls 100m away. He said medium car can’t stop at halls. Finally, I took out my 2 big luggage from the car. The driver just stood there and never assist. I have recorded the car number. Welcome to share. Pls tell me.
