“Great hotel”
Friendly service from the team, spacious clean room with all the facilities you need for a great nights sleep. Perfect location for Circular Quay. Quality toiletries and fluffy towels. Nespresso machine in room, ironing board, towelling robes too.

“Great experience”
Great hotel, great location and fantastic staff. The breakfast menu was delicious! I’d definitely stay again ! Easy 1 min walk to Circular Quay with cafes and restaurants all around. Lovely walk to the Opera House with plenty of outdoor eating places everywhere!

“Great location but……….”
Superb location by the wharfs for ferry, train & bus connections, nice little shops and lively bars & restaurants. The hotel was quirky but had a nice boutique feel. Only a luggage lift to higher floors so be aware if you have mobility issues. The staff were exceptionally friendly and hard workin… more
Superb location by the wharfs for ferry, train & bus connections, nice little shops and lively bars & restaurants. The hotel was quirky but had a nice boutique feel. Only a luggage lift to higher floors so be aware if you have mobility issues. The staff were exceptionally friendly and hard working (especially Ririan) but were too short staffed on reception/bar and especially at breakfast. The food at breakfast was excellent but the coffee machine stopped working mid-flight on 3 of 5 mornings!! Our room (316) was quite tired (especially the bathroom) and the aircon blew barely cool air. We reported the aircon on Friday evening but there was no maintenance available over the weekend so it was to be investigated on Monday morning. Only marginally better but still not good enough. The location and the staff made the stay enjoyable but the hotel really does need to up its game. Our points were fed back to reception staff on departure.
