“Great apartment. Fantastic location.”

We stayed in Unit 42. It is a fabulous apartment. New kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There we five of us but the apartment is so large with 3 TVs everyone was happy. We stayed in Unit 42. It is a fabulous apartment. New kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There we five of us but the apartment is so large with 3 TVs everyone was happy. The WiFi system has no data limits and great speed. Osprey has a fanastic pool, gym and 2 BBQs. The kids loved the grassed area to play and kick a ball. The Unit has views to Noosa and there is a small beach directly across the road or the main beach is about 500 metres away. Restaurants and the main Mooloolaba strip is 2 blocks down the street. Jan at reception was great and very helpful.

“Great pool for kids”

Great pool for kids - warm and one half is a perfect depth for toddlers. And the spa was 38 degrees! Room was clean and modern. Good location near the main esplanade. Up a hill though. Clean shared bbq area. Good small simple gym. We will come back because of the pool.

Stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor with an ocean view. Lovely layout with all the amenities you need. Beds were very comfortable . Made use of the beautiful pool and spa. Both were heated. Jan at reception was both very helpful and friendly. Location was great. A… more

Stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor with an ocean view. Lovely layout with all the amenities you need. Beds were very comfortable . Made use of the beautiful pool and spa. Both were heated. Jan at reception was both very helpful and friendly. Location was great. Apartment was one block away from the start of the shopping/ food strip. We would definitely stay again.

The actual complex was lovely could not fault grounds, pool, BBQ area,however what was not good was the superior 2 bedroom apartment and i believe this would be the fault of the apartment owner not the Osprey managers. Our apartment was getting very tired and dated furniture. It was a two bedroom apartment and we drew the short straw for the second bedroom which had no storage whatsoever except for a small wardrobe with broken hangers and contained the vacuum cleaner so practically no room so we lived out of our suitcases for five nights. The curtains had rips no bedside lights and overhead fan had to be turned on/off in wardrobe. The shower was a step in bath and very slippery definitely not ideal for elderly or disabled issues. The deck had four chairs one of which was broken and put to the side. However the view was great. We also had one problem which the Osprey managers could not solve and for the 5 nights from approximately 10pm onwards every hour an alarm would go off not in the room but still loud enough to wake us or keep us awake. We figured it was coming from some adjourning apartment but managers were unable to locate. Finally I would like to add that other family members directly below us had a lovely two bedroom apartment which was obviously kept up to date by the owners. I certainly felt we deserved some sort of reimbursement for our apartment as definitely not superior and was disappointed although office stored our luggage due to a late departure they were not prepared to allow us to checkout late unless we pd extra for the room. If it had not been for the apartment I would definitely have rated top marks
