“Non repayment of deposit”
The hotel is reasonable but the service from the Duty Manager is VERY poor. Anyone staying at the hotel pays a deposit from their credit card, which is normal, but, is it returned, NO. Despite many emails to the Duty Manager, Peter, the deposit has NOT been returned and it is now 3 weeks since we w… more

“Average”
Basin in bathroom - the plug was stuck. Could see on the marks on the plug that previous visitors also tried to get it open. Shower glass was dirty. If I pay $340 per night I axpect much better.

“NIce view, but the room was average at best”
The room was clean and spacious, but it is dated. The bathroom and built-in cabinetry, in particular, are tired.

“Plant Noise”
If you like having your balcony doors open, then make sure you don't get a lower floor room on the south side. They are noisy as the plant rooms to the south of the main tower rumble away night and day. The hotel is a bit shabby, but the location id great.
