“Comfortable and convenient”
Great hotel, helpful staff, beautiful clean rooms, excellent service, best location and competitive rates. I would stay here again. The TVs are very slow to operate and that was the only drawback otherwise enjoyed the stay at Batman's Hill.

“Good location and good room.”
The room and overall very nice and clean. Good location to CDB cause in front of hotel is southern cross station and trams. Wall to Crown casino just need around 10 minute. Very convenient to go everywhere, opposite hotel have 24 hours McDonald.

“Perfect stay”
Excellent location across the road from Southern Cross Station. Easy check in and check out, spacious apartment and extremely clean. I have already suggested it for my friends next stay in Melbourne and Iwilldefinitelystay there again. Highly recommended

“Comfortable hotel in great location with delicious breakfast!”
Great location right opposite Spencer Street Train Station and handy to trams too. Comfortable room with lovely stylish bathroom. Would have liked more storage in the room. A full buffet breakfast with lots of variety was included in our room tariff. Food and service at the restaurant was excellent.

“Location, Location, Location”
Location is great - hotel is basic - shower flow is slow, rooms dont get cleaned unless you have given a specific request at the reception.
