“Great location and failry priced”
The location is great, the room was a good size and beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and fairly priced. City Waters Motel is central to Perth CBD and a close walk to everything you need.

“Shocked”
Excellent spot very close to CBD. Swan River with plenty of walking spaces. Room very comfortable, though shower blocked when having normal shower. Doesn’t drain off fast enough. We stayed for over a week, it was quiet for the first 3nights, after that there was always some noisy activity going on … more
