“Quick trip perfection - with yummy breakfast included.”
My son and I had a quick overnight get-away and we found the Voco Gold Coast to be the perfect location. “Last minute saviour !”
Great location comfortable beds and very warm and friendly staff - went out of their way to help us as we needed a room because our other hotel cancelled on us at the last minute - would highly recommend - the rooms are modern and spacious and great views too

“Great location”
Really good location, right next to the Surfers Paradise station and the Q1 sky observation tower. The building is old but well maintained. Great breakfast and friendly and professional staff. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I also enjoyed the pool. I recommend

“Basic,clean but very poor customer service”
Rooms were comfortable - basic and very small. service was terrible and reception staff were rude and not interested in our questions and were very unhelpful. Our stay was very disappointing and we wouldn’t return or recommend it. Done done done

“No TV, global news, nor movies”
The TV in the room does not work for news stations nor movies. It was clear after reporting the issue and the feeble excuses that the tv had never worked nor would it in the future.
