“Excellent definitely a 5 star.”
I rate my experience at Ridges Newcastle as a 5 as the management and staff were excellent and very professional, their attitude towards guests was impeccable. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to my family and friends.

Great location. Rooms tired and in need of a refresh. Quite expensive. The most disappointing experience was the included breakfast did not include decent coffee. Location is excellent BUT service is poor and furniture in lounge area is grotty, the lounge chairs are thread bare and greasy and should go to the tip The restaurant manager is lazy and therefore the staff are lazy Stand around talking in the bar area and nobody is serving I don’t want to ch… more
