“Great stay”
Apart from the bathroom, everything else was at an amazing standard including experience with staff. Staff were exceptional, very friendly, prompt service and very helpful. Really enjoyable experience

“Basic Accommodation”
Basic Accommodation, fine for one night stay and price was good. Parking is limited but you have the option to park on the street or in the shopping centre across the road. Staff was friendly and nice.

Average hotel. Location is good and price of the room is good value. The rooms however need some maintenance and cleaning. Parking at the hotel is limited so it is likely that you will need to find street parking.

“Lovely staff”
This Hotel is a well located Hotel in Newcastle. The staff at the desk were professional and very helpful. But unfortunately the hotel is a bit tired. There is good parking available and it is easy to use.
