“Great location super central”
Great clean friendly stay. Staff were super helpful. Family friendly area and very nice rooms. Plenty of pool facilities.

“Great holiday location”
Great location with very good staff and amenities very clean and well maintained Definitely coming back. Staff very caring and helpful. The pool and bbq area really good. Very close to Pacific Fair and Broadbeach area can walk to everywhere

“Ideal for families, but lower your expectation”
3.5 stars Diamond Beach Resort is a hit and a miss. Their Deluxe rooms are only required to have their bathroom renovated so do not expect much more than a standard room.
