“Comfortable”

Excellent facilities and central to Gold Coast attractions. Food and accommodation excellent. Plenty to choose from, best massages and facials, golf course amazing, very challenging for any golfer, a hacker or off scratch. Tees Cafe excellent for before and after catch up.

We stayed at RACV Royal Pines for a work conference, on arrival we found our booking had been mixed up but the staff were very quick to resolve the situation. We were leaving early on the Monday morning and would miss the buffet breakfast that was included in our room, the staff were able to organise a breakfast pack for us to collect before we left. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and our view was amazing. The only negative was the light coming in through the curtains and under the door at night. We dined at several of the restaurants at the resort and every meal was beautiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and although our conference was only 2 days we loved the resort so much we didn’t leave. We can’t wait to go again for a holiday.

“Positive surprise in this oasis of peace”

I must admit that I was positively surprised about the entire resort. Given the RACV operation, I was expecting some mid-level quality family resort like you typically see in Europe when it comes to the operation of “all-in” resorts by mobility clubs - crying kids and rowdy parents included. This was such a different experienced than expected. Admittedly I was here for a conference, so presumably there normally are a lot families as well, but the entire resort is huge yet immaculate. The rooms are spacious, the bar is well stocked with all kinds of brands and has a luxurious feel to it, the breakfast area/restaurant had ample choice. The pool area looked nice (too cold to actually try). This was an oasis of peace after a long day of conferencing. Quiet and spacious rooms with ample space to store things, a decent desk to do some work on and great views. A small but usable balcony with a view of the grounds that was amazing, and the golf course looked immaculate. To complete it, the staff were super helpful, friendly and professional and this resort can compete (and win) with a lot of so-called 5 star hotels from well known chains out there.
