The one bedroom suite which was allocated to us was very spacious and located in the "back row" on the ground floor which made it away from road traffic noise. The bedroom had plenty of cupboard space, and the lounge area was also a good size. The staff are very responsive via email, which is great to know. The bed was so very comfortable and huge - two singles created a king sized bed! The shower was awesome with a good strong flow of very hot water. We were disappointed that I had to wipe down the coffee table and sofa as they had stains from previous people - both of those minor things could have been attended to prior to our arrival. The main entry door into the apartment passageway didn't latch properly and was easily opened just by pushing the door, without even using the handle. This needs to be fixed as a security issue because anybody could just come in and access the garage! (The apartment door was fine, and closed and locked with no issue.) The bathroom sink took ages to drain, and the shower door design is poor as it didn't stop water from going onto the bathroom floor causing a puddle. The shower could also be improved with a shelf for soap and shampoo. Our peace was ruined when guests turned up and went to the apartment upstairs - we could easily hear them, especially going up the stairs and moving around the apartment. However, despite the minor things listed above, the suite is very comfortable and warm.

ok place to stay in, at a walkable distance to town, nice clean rooms but i found it too expensive for what the offer. the private balcony was a nice touch . getting to the rooms upstairs was a challenge as the stairway was not wide enough especially if you have bags

Great location a cosy 1 bedroom unit all on the ground floor with the bigger units on the first levels. Although dated, mostly clean apart from the usual carpet stains. Great location a cosy 1 bedroom unit all on the ground floor with the bigger units on the first levels. Although dated, mostly clean apart from the usual carpet stains. Room service every day was a bonus with pleasant staff. Great Air Con and Heating made the stay comfortable. A negative will not stay in the 1 bedroom again as the stairwell to the upper units is adjacent to the lounge and bedroom of the lower units bearing noise from the stairs constantly and banging of exit and entry doors. Overall apart from the noise the stay was pleasant.
