“Review”
Staff were friendly, service was amazing and buffet was great, offering a variety of options. Rooms were clean and comfortable, The ambiance of the hotel added to the relaxing atmosphere, making our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay and kids enjoyed a lot.

“Just so easy, everything in the one location.”
Stayed the one night. After booking in there was a problem with the hot water in my room. - apparently the entire hotel was affected. The staff at the front desk were extremely apologetic and helpful. The hot water issue was rectified within a couple of hours and the young desk attendant didn't cha… more

“Always stay here”
Although the rooms are dated and there are issues with the aircon/heating, we always stay here when we go to Canberra. It is convenient, has free parking, the staff are lovely and accommodating. “Good stay close to the city”
Our room away from the front of the hotel, so it was quiet. The room was clean and the linen fresh. There was a real fridge for our needs. Wi-fi worked but the tv was a little difficult to navigate. “A regular visitor to the Pavilion.”
Great location within walking distance to Dickson and Braddon for dining options. However it is also nice to enjoy a drink and meal in the tropical lounge area. Rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and was not disturbed by car noise.
