“Location, food nearby and friendly staff, all perfect.”
Very good hotel with very good location. Walkable to everything. Close by food options were also very good. The hotel room was spacious and I actually got a one bedroom apartment with spacious TV lounge as well with small kitchen. The front office staff was quite friendly as well.

“Good location”
Desk staff member was very good, parking cheap and easy to access. One Staff member in restaurant was very poor, but breakfast staff good and attentive. Room comfortable, bed very good.

“Great stay, excellent location”
Fantastic stay, comfy bed, wonderful pillows and friendly guest services. Thank you for a lovely stay right the centre of Brisbane. So convenient for shopping and entertainment. As Accor plus members dining was an absolute bargain at The Croft restaurant.

“Disappointing.”
I stayed in one bedroom apartment for 2 nights. Unfortunately this is another Accor that has let the name down. While the apartment was spacious, the bathroom/toilet was ridiculously small. The toilet hidden behind the door and the shower was over a bathtub. As an older person, this can be proble… more
