“Great customer service”
Excellent customer service. There was an administrative error with my booking and the staff were fair and prompt in resolving the issue. Very appreciative that this was not put into the too hard basket but responded to quickly and professionally.

“Clean and efficient ”
Great access and parking. Rooms were spotless and checkin was efficient and friendly. Two gentlemen who were working the bar were a bit cold and could put a smile on their dial. Room safe was not working- should tell housekeeping to do a check.

“Quiet yet on the doorstep of the city”
Stayed two nights for business in July and it was well located and quiet. Not long an Accor property and old signage is evident, however a spruce up is obvious with more work on the way. “Great stay. Highly recommend”
The reception staff are very welcoming. They let us check in early & check out later. The room was very clean & the beds are very comfortable. My husband’s favourite part…. the pillows were great. Centrally located. Easy walk to city centre. Highly recommended if you need a city stop over.

The silicone seal under the shower was peeling and moldy, and there were stains and mold on the ceiling.
