“Good for airport trains from Roma Street, as long as you take the short route”
Only had a one night stay here, we chose it because of its proximity to Roma Street Station for direct links to Brisbane Airport. “Great customer service”
Excellent customer service. There was an administrative error with my booking and the staff were fair and prompt in resolving the issue. Very appreciative that this was not put into the too hard basket but responded to quickly and professionally.

“Clean and efficient ”
Great access and parking. Rooms were spotless and checkin was efficient and friendly. Two gentlemen who were working the bar were a bit cold and could put a smile on their dial. Room safe was not working- should tell housekeeping to do a check.

“Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling, incredibly noisy aircon”
They should be embarrassed to let the room we were given and we are Accor Plus members. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is peeling off (see photo below).
