“Great location and very helpful receiptionist”
We have been all over Australia in and out of hotels. Oaks Aurora is located right in the heart of the city. You don't have to go far to find a great restaurant and you can find a list in your room. “Close to everything!!”
We always come back at oask aurora suites Staffs are always friendly and the place has everything close to it The lifts are quite slow around peak hours but overall oaks aurora is the place to stay for families with small children.

“Wish we’d stayed elsewhere”
We were initially sent to the wrong room. Spent our first hour trying to rectify. Lifts were under maintenance which made getting in and out of the building tediously slow. Car parks are ridiculously narrow. Room run down. Noisy. Wish we’d stayed elsewhere.

Hotel should advice what to do with your car at the moment of check in. Not informed about short term parking for this.
